Big Brother 6 has given birth to its first romance. Of course, James Rhine and Sarah Hrejsa are a couple, but they were a couple before going into the Big Brother 6 house. Janelle Pierzina and Michael Donnellan did not know each other before Big Brother 6, but they quickly grew close in the house. The Thursday, July 21 episode showed scenes of Michael and Janelle making out when the other houseguests weren’t around.
Also, Janelle breaks up with her boyfriend from New York during one of her Big Brother interviews. Janelle says, “Before I came into the house, I was dating a guy in New York, and then I met Michael, and I don’t think I’ll be able to go back to the guy in New York.” Janelle then added, “It’s incredible uncomfortable for me to break up with someone on a television show. I’m sorry, and I understand if you never want to talk to me again.”
In describing Michael, Janelle said, “I would prefer if he were an investment banker or something, but I really think he’s a nice person. I really like him for him. I mean I know that he’s not poor.” Janelle also added, “Michael’s the type, that I would, you know, marry.”
Janelle’s time with her potential future husband proved to be short lived as Michael became the second evictee from the Big Brother house. However, there might be hope for a reunion, as Julie Chen has twice hinted that this is the Summer of Secrets on Big Brother. Could there be a possibility that one or more evicted houseguests will have a chance to re-enter the Big Brother house?
