BIG BROTHER 8

Q.  What was your strategy before entering the house?

A.  My strategy before entering the house was basically to be able to change on a dime.  There are things in the house that I've seen over and over in all of the seasons that I have watched, you have to be able to go with the flow and be able to change up your game at any time.  It's really hard to stick with one particular strategy and make it work throughout.  Even watching Dr. Will in season two, that guy was amazing, he just schmooze and work with so many different people in order to get to the end.  I kind of had the feeling that was going to be the way it was with me because there is no flying under the radar.

Q.  What did you miss the most about your outside life?

A.  Vincent and girls.

Q.  Who do you plan on keeping in touch with from the show?

A.  That's anybody's guess.  Ask me that same question after I've seen the show.

Q.  Now that you've won the show, how do you think your life will change?

A.  I don't know, I don't expect my life to change that much to be honest with you.  I know that there are a lot of things going on outside that I have absolutely idea about or the magnitude of them.  Some good, some bad, it's going to be a whole new world just like stepping out into a whole new life and I know it's going to take a while.  I'm taking some time and taking a trip, I'm definitely going to Dublin first off and spend some time with my friends in Ireland and kind of catch my breath.  I've said from the beginning, I said from season five when I was a finalist that this show does not change people's lives.  Nobody has really done a whole lot through this show.  If there is any opportunity, if there is anything, I'm open to explore those but I'm not really expecting anything.  I'm expecting my life to kind of be the same, a little less stress money wise and a lot more traveling.

Q.  What does slop taste like and what did it do to your body?

A.  It tastes like oatmeal but it's not mushy.  I used to boil my slop to death, it was a lot more grainier.

Q.  How do you think you'll handle the fame and notoriety that is going to come from the show?

A.  I don't think there is going to be fame although there is going to be notoriety.  I don't expect there to be this big fame and notoriety thing, I expect there to be a lot of pains in the ass to go along with it.  Like I said before, I'm not expecting anything, we'll just have to see what happens.

Q.  What's next for you?

A.  We're going on vacation man, we're going to Disneyland.  We probably will be at Disneyland on Friday.

Q.  Do you have any advice for future contestants?

A.  You have to be willing to do what it takes to get to the end.  The least amount of lies you tell, the less you have to remember.  Eric had a different strategy that worked for him.  Pairing people against each other, I just don't know if he had that good of an escape route when everything came crashing down.  To be honest with you, I don't know if it wasn't for America's Player that Eric wouldn't have went when Daniele was trying to back door him.  I have a pretty good idea that Eric might have gone home that week.  I had people ask me if it was basically America saving me the week after that and there were a lot of things that could have happened.  If the game were being played straight up maybe my deal with Eric would have worked regardless of that.  It's hard to say, I don't really understand all of the in's and out's of America's Player because I haven't watched the show.  I've just seen a few examples of it.

Q.  What would you like to say to your fans?

A.  I only know of one fan and it was Howie.  He gave me a big hug and tried to kiss me at the party.
