A dude, the tickets were ridiculously expensive. Our tickets were 40 bucks each!! + we got crappy seats!! lol the other tickets were starting at 40... thats ridiculous! Honestly I don't even want to see Weezer really I'm really not into them anymore, Im hoping they play really good though so I can start liking them again.. we'll see.

Q omg, love your journal! youre going to the weezer on the 9th too? right on! yeah, i really wanted to see *Rooney*, weezer, dashboard, and the Strokes, but... i*ll see most of them... cha, like 3 outta 4. oh wellerz bye! oh yea, mind if i add?

A yes, Im sure excited to see Rooney again. Your journal is adorable. hehe Mary Kate + Ashley ay... lol our school plays theirs in Basketball + football, so I've seen them. Theyre really snobby + short. haha but anyways. I love new friends ;D I'll add you back.

A man oh man. I honestly can not for anything think of their school. guh!! I'll ask my friend when I see her though, she'll know. I know its in Hollywood though. Densel Washington's son is on their football team. #1. lol. + yeah people at the games ask them for autographs + they just say no. lol  sorry you couldnt get tickets that really sux. we got Ter 14 CCC 4, + 3. they are pretty crappy lol but they were 40 bucks a pop

Tonight was fun. Me + Joey went to Downtown Disney + watched SL again[Note: Lindsey, you must go with us next time so I can have a friend to skank with!end note.]. I think I'm starting to like Tim a lot now. I mean I miss Chris but Tim is really awesome too.

Today we waited around @ the airport for quite awhile. There are some extremely weird people (to say the least) people there. As there are everywhere I suppose. There was this one guy who has had his hair dyed red and it was gelled into 2 horns, + my cousin Kaleigh [who's 6] pointed + says, "Look! There's the devil!" Oh Boy what comedy! :) So anyways, we arrived in Sacramento [1 hour flight] around... 10:20pm The cities looked so amazing from the airplane + the night lights. The baseball fields looked really neat :) We saw fireworks from in the plane. They were so tiny + looked neato from above.

That's the shortest day, I'll post day #2 soon. lol

July 4, 2002

Today was kinda-sorta a long day. Another boring holiday... that's for sure! Let's see, all night long, my cousin Kaleigh kept kicking or hugging me when she was sleeping.
So then we all woke up at 9am. Holy Mother of early whoa!:x Then my uncle arrived from the airport. And we all left + went to my 3d cousin's house. So me, my grandma + Karen [my 3d cousin] all played cards. I so kicked their butts. Then we all went to this small carnival and everyone looked like freaking hicks!! I was grossed out. I mean we were still in Ca. And lots of them were slutty hicks! YUCK! so we went on a few rides, we played a few games, I won 2 goldfish. I named them Simon + Simon. Yup they were splendid. We saw fireworks from like a million miles away, it was gay + depressing. I made my self physically sick because of weird emotions. My stomach hasn't been taking well to any food lately. Tomorrow we have a 6 hour drive to Ashland, Oregon. NOT looking forward to that! Oh! and Simon + Simon died, haha I left them in the car + I think I boiled them!! Hopefully tomorrow's drive wont be too bad!

BUT I do like it.. but it sux because I really didn't want it this way. Its reallie dark. But it looks nice. I do like it a lot. And I love the cut. :D Okay well.. its lots of browns + blondes. OMG!! This is so sick. All thats been on the news since Samantha Runion's [sp?]kidnapping/rape/murder, is about all these other girls getting kidnapped and raped. Its actually quite scary. Okay Last night Had it's highs + lows. We got there at 4:45 doors opened at 6, so we had to wait awhile. We were really hungry so we were looking for food. everything's ridiculously priced! $7.50 for a hamburger. Eep~! They were giving out comdemns :x We walked right on by. haha.

The first band that played was Third Grade Teacher They were AWFUL! This angry chick rock music. Oh Lordie it was the worst ever! I think possibly even worse then glassjaw~ if that's possible.

Then we got food, + I had to pee. And Ro0ney started playing when I was in the bathroom going pee :x so I had t run out + over to that stage. Eep~! They did very very well [again].

Then we went to our seats [which were pretty darn crappy] to see Sparta. They were really good~! Yes, we were very impressed. Mary, you were right.

Then we had to run all the way back to the side stage [which wasn't close] because I wanted to check out Home Town Hero. I thought they were kinda weird, they seemed okay, but eh I wasn't too big on them, plus we could only stay 10 minutes there because I could not miss Dashboard~!!

so 10 minutes later we ran back to the main stage to see Dashboard Confessional. Now you don't understand last time Dashboard was out here, he played a small venue + I didn't get to go + I cried. So I was really looking forward to this. Chris was amazing.. but.. There were people getting up + moving in front of us the whole time + these 2 girls screaming behind us the whole time!! I was getting REALLY Frustrated. OI So I mean Chris did great but I didn't really get to enjoy myself. But heres a weird thing:

When Chris played "Screaming Infidelities," he said something that bothered me a lot. He said, "Now here's the one that's on the radio I'm Sorry" WTH he's not sorry... Oh boy.. so Im still baffled by that remark of his.

Oh + this girl was yelling to her friend + I said "Shhh!!" to her really loud + she's all "oh im sorry" it was really funny lol.

So then we went back down to go see AM Radio on the side stage. They were very good I thought. I was very impressed. I had never heard of them.

When we were down there, I saw Robert Schwartzman + I said hi + took another picture with him + I also had him do a favor for a friend!! Eep. Im so excited lol. Anywh0...

Then we went back up to our seats again because Weezer was coming on. They were good, I mean Lately I haven't really been into Weezer too much. I mean their last 2 Cds have sucked hard-core. But It was cool they played a lot from pinkerton + the Blue album so I was happy. There was lots of annoying people by us for Weezer too, the girl behind me kept touching my head...

5. 7 days till my birfday!!!!!!!!

Yesterday. Me + Joey went to Chuck E. Cheese's.
We got tons of tickets. And ate pizza. And
Although they did not sing to me, I got a birthday
crown + a balloon. And an Ice cream thing [[which
Joey ate]].

Then we rented the Princess Diaries!! tee~hee

Then Later that night, after Joey left, my grandma
was all "are you loosing weight??" "You look really thin!"
All worried + stuff, And I was all, no.... And I told her
that Ive been the same weight all summer ((which is my
normal weight)). But yeah, I'm going to the doctor in
a few minutes about my "eating problems" lol. [[Not
meaning a disorder, just if you didn't know, I get
sick from a lot of food + Im gonna get tested to see
about being lactose intolerant //cuz I know I am]]
That's ALL.

yay Im only excited about my birthday because that means I'll be getting license!!! 6 days!! AHHH. tee~hee

yeah but it should be fun. the day before my birthday were going to go see The Juliana Theory. Theyre the best band Ive ever seen Live so Im way past excited!! hehe

So I went to the doctor, They said I've lost 7lbs. since my last visit which worried my grandma, but my last visit was in March [[Plus, when I was that weight I felt beastly because that wasn't my normal weight]] So right now I weigh in at 109lbs. wooo that makes me very happy!

I had to give them like 4 gallons of blood + all the tests + I have to go to a different doctor to get other tests + all this madness. AHH I hate the doctors office.

haha I just got done reminicing. I was reading a bunch of my old posts from last year around this time of month oh Lordie look how pathetic Eck, yesterday was a horrible day [my birthday nonetheless]. I just had an awful day. Oh well I'm over it. Umm I didn't get anything for my birthday lol. Today I have practice, I really don't wanna go though, Im just not in the mood. We have 15 days till school starts jeez. Tomorrow is Future Mary's biRtHdAy~!! yay! Ok well that's all I guess. Yeah. I always have the worst birthdays.

Holy MOther of Something!! Last night, the show was amazing!!!

It took like 1 hour 32 minutes to get there, it seemed forever. We listened to The Cure + Thursday on the way. But we got there early so we walked around in a few stores, And I got the freaking coolest Devo Pin!!! AHH its so rad.

When we went in the show, the Ventura Theater is Sooo awesome!! I totally loved it. It was huge + hardly anybody was there [[a good # though]]

The First band was HORRIBLE!!! Holy Crap they sucked! 330 or something.

Then Coheed + Cambria played they were amazing. Im totally in luv with them. yup got a shirt, pins, Sticker [[and Joey got a CD which i burned]] Yes, check out this band!!!

Juliana Theory. AHHH!! I so love them. Theyre always amazing, it sucked though cuz a lot of the crowd wasnt even really into them, so yeah. But They were great!!! AHHH!!! They came out + played an acoustic version of "The Closet Thing" I nearly died~!!!!

AND! AHHH!!! [[lol lots of Ahh]] The Blonde guitarist [[not aware of name]] threw his pick into the audience + Joey got it for me!! Eeep. Super Duper radness!! oh + I got a cool TJT poster.

Thats about all, but it was a great night!!

Anywho... I promised Id share about my b.Day so hEre we go...

My alarm clock is broken + so it went off at 7:15. I left for my drivers test about 8:30. I passed with -7 points.
Then Joey came over after + Took me to Disneyland. We had sooo much fun. The weather was perfect + It was just great. Then we went + saw sL for a couple minutes + then he took me to the Build a Bear Workshop + had me make a bear for my present it was cute + fun.
We made him all Emo. With the rugby [sp?] shirt, blue cords, emo shoes, + emo glasses, + when i got home I gave him a pin. lol We named him Fred E. Winkleman. Oh + the best part was you can make your animal name noises, + we gave him the cow moo. So I have a mooing stuffed animal bear!! tee~hee its great.
Then we went out to Dennys to eat at like midnight.

I had such a good time. It was my best birthday!!

Now Im at my moms house till Sunday while Joey is in Cambria. Oh + I went to the doctors yesterday, + I know for a fact that I am lactose intollerant so year.. blah, well I gotta go babysit now. so adios!!! xo

Yesterday we went to Universal City walk with Joey's parents. It was fun but there was this magician [[who was very rude/obnoxious]] + he tried to get me up in front of everyone to be an assistant. OMG I almost died I tried to hide behind Joey's dad, + then he followed me. + I ran way far away where Joey's mom was, he followed me . Then he finally left me alone. I could've cried!! I can't take the pressure of being put on the spot or being picked out. Its too much for little me to handle. Oh Gawd it was horrible!!

Seriously, I think one of the things that brings me the most joy is to do something for somebody else. Whether they appreciate it or not. But I think I'm blessed back when they appreciate it because I love making other people happy. So I've decided my goal this school year is to be a servant leader.

Well, no escuela today. Boy did I need a 3 day weekend. I'm thinking I should skip like thursday or something, 3 day weeks go by ever so fast. Plus staying home + watching the Gameshow Network all day sound really fun.

So yeah today started good, got bad, then is good again.

I went up to APU because we all know I cant stand spending my time w/o Joey. So I saw him for a few lovely hours. Then he had to go to class, so I went + hung out with my friend Justin whose a soph. there. It twas fun. Watched Comedy Central, Made Rice Krispies Treats, + played old skool nintendo.

Drove home Blasting great tunes such as the Cure and such. NIIICE. Went + did an aaron [sp?]. I wasn't having to good of a day after leaving APU. then I got better, I forget why though.. lol. Doesn't really matter. Thats about it.

Sunday - Saw Harry Potter. Great Movie!! I <3 those movies~!!

Monday - Didn't go to school. Went to eat, the mall + bunch of stores with a couple friends. Bought a no Doubt sweatshirt, an American Eagle jacket Ive been wanting forever, and,, Yes kids. I got No Doubt vans. The slip ons. teehee. Im all giddy.

But now Ive got homework to attend too. So off I go

Busy Busy weekend I've been meaning to post, but no freaking time. So If you care...

-Saturday-
We saw the Santa Clause 2. It was a good movie. Yup, very cute. Then we went to the NO Doubt/ Garbage and Distillers concert in LB.
I was really mad at first because i hate seats so I was practically ready to cry. Then the Distillers came on + OMG I wanted to freaking throw stuff at them. They're about as bad as Glassjaw. And we ever that Brody was a man. Garbage was great though. Shirly is too cute, in her little pink puddle-like shirt with stretchy black leggings + pink tennies. Yeah she was adorable. They played so many songs I wanted them too ((like Cherry Lips, and #1 crush)) Yeah they played almost everything I hoped for. N0 Doubt was great too. Adrian is hilarious and Gwen's so cute. Tom was all wearing a suit + tie and black rimmed glasses. Too cute. hehe. They only played 1 song pre-TK "total hate" which was a good choice. I wish they would've played more old stuff though. But yeah Joey had about as good of time as I did that girl. lol

-Sunday-
We went up to Temecula to see my mom. She got 2 new dogs, Max + Maddie. the cutest dogs Ive ever seen!! Then 7 minutes away from my moms house, there was a show that we were supposed to go to.. Finch and DieRadioDie. But because of certain reasons we couldn't be thats a whole nother topic. Yeah I was kinda pissed, I really want to see Finch, but I never get too.

Well, I have the entire week off this week. What a great magnificent thing!! So yeah, today I'm supposed to be going and visiting Joey at his school, but my grandma is hogging the car, so who knows when I'll get to go. AND!! y grandma just found out I can't drive people until Ive had my license 6 months!! Stupid friends of hers. This sux. She was encouraging me to drive people too. I don't. I'll still drive people but now I just have to hide it from her.

Last night, me and Joey cooked dinner. chicken pastas, rolls and brownies. mmm twas good. now joey thinks hes a pro cook. *shakes head*

Tomorrow were all dressing up. lol its gonna be great. Im dressing up as Avril.. [by popular demand by the people lol] Ive got all the wardrobe borrowed + stuff tho so itll be great comedy.

christmas is soooo soon. I cant wait, Im done shopping thank goodness. I just need to wrap.

Lately I really miss my grandma [he has Alzheimer's]. Hes had the disease for a very long time, but over the last 2 years its gotten to its worse. As a little kid, my grandma took me + my brother out at least 2 times a week, spoiled us and was just the best. The last time I saw him was on his birthday Oct. 30. He didnt remember me. I cried for days, I miss him so much. Its basically like my grandpa died, but kinda worse..

I wish I had a normal family.

But I've gained weight in the last couple week's. I hate gaining weight. 'yeah.. I think somethings wrong with me..
